Mental Health For Peers, By Peers
Support Exchange is a mission-driven platform and social media campaign of young advocates in the Bellevue area who believe in the power of a listening ear and peer-to-peer support. This was made for all the teens in the Greater Seattle area (and elsewhere!) that feel lost, burned out, confused or tired in your life. We know that being a student, especially here, can be difficult.

Youth for Impact 2026
On June 28, 2026, Support Exchange hosted a booth at Youth for Impact in Downtown Bellevue, WA. At the booth, we received around 100 responses for a simple check in, and 23 responses for a form about mental health services around the area.

HOSA Campaign 2025-26
Over the course of the 2025-2026 school year, Support Exchange conducted an Instagram campaign for HOSA’s Mental Health Promotion Event. We campaigned to bring awareness about stress culture, which is defined as to the pressure to perform in an already high-stress environment.
