On June 28, 2026, Support Exchange hosted a booth at Youth for Impact in Downtown Bellevue, WA. At the booth, we received around 100 responses for a simple check in, and 23 responses for a form about mental health services around the area.
Mental Health Questionnaire
Results came out to an average of 6.83 for resources, and 6.39 for awareness. Responders looked to see less pressure and more events that connected people, including the arts, conversation, school education, programs outside of school, and resources for all.
From this understanding, we plan on hosting future events to provide spaces to do exactly that: provide a low-pressure environment to connect, both through activities such as art, education, and through conversation if you feel comfortable talking about how you’ve been feeling!

Responses ranged from 1 (stressed) to 10 (hyped), and most people were on the positive side, which was great to see!
